FAQ:
1. DO YOU PROVIDE DIRECT BILLING TO MY INSURANCE?
Yes, I can provide direct billing. Please note NOT ALL insurance companies allow Registered Dietitians to direct bill. In that case you will be required to pay for your appointment and be provided a receipt to submit to insurance for reimbursement. Currently, I cannot direct bill to: SunLife or Pacific Blue Cross.

2. HOW MUCH IS AN APPOINTMENT?
An initial consultation appointment is $160.
A 60 minute follow up appointment is $150.
A 30 minute follow up appointment is $90.
A 4 week meal plan is $350 - an initial consultation appointment is required for the meal plan.

3. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? IS THERE PARKING?
We are located at 2755 Tutt St. Unit 302 in Kelowna. There is FREE parking in the parkade with entrance on Osprey Ave. You will need to provide your license plate at your appointment to have your vehicle registered. We are not responsible for any parking tickets obtained for failure to register your vehicle or move it within the 2 hour time period of free parking.

4. WHAT HOURS ARE YOU OPEN?
Currently, the clinic hours are:
Monday - Wednesday 10am - 5:15pm
Thursday 10am - 4pm

5. HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
The best and easiest way to book is to use my online booking. There you will choose your appointment day and time from my availability and be sent an intake form to complete prior to our appointment and an invite to a client portal where you can access all the information from our appointment. If you choose to phone to book an appointment, please note that phones are not answered outside of office hours or when I am with a client. Please leave a voicemail regarding your desire to book an appointment and I will call you back.

6. DO YOU REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes. When you are booking you will need to securely enter a credit card number to secure your appointment. This is to ensure appointments are held for you, and if missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, your card will be charged for the entire appointment cost, as this is lost work for me, and another client could have booked that spot.
